“This rental was perfect. Maybe two blocks off the main road through town, which made it perfect to travel by foot to restaurants, shops, etc. It's also located next to a great walking/biking trail. The home itself is comfortable and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay including a hot tub which was perfect for dipping in every afternoon after hiking/biking in November. Highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Moab who wants to be close to town! ”

“Great house and location. Beautiful views of the Monument from the living room kitchen. The house felt brand new (and probably is?). Very quiet location not near the highway, and our kids had a large pasture to run around and play in. John and Janie are fantastic people and we enjoyed them. The massive fridge was able to hold all our Palisade peaches too!”

“I really enjoyed the house and my stay. It has a lot of thoughtful furnishings and everything I needed to feel like I was home. Easy check in/out, there is helpful info at the house, and had good communication with the manager. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some dirt roads nearby that are nice for a walk/hike. One of the neighbors sells Greek yogurt and granola that I’d recommend. I slept well at the house and the bed was comfy. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it. ”
