“Overall very nice place and location. My only complaint is for the price they should invest in better towels, mattresses and pillows. It was a tough night sleeping in that old, very cheap, thin mattress and taking a shower and using those scratchy towels left you itchy. The rest was as expected. I think if they change those two things what they charge to stay there would make more sense.”

“Clean. Great experience to stay in the old town. Expect many uneven and steep steps from Main Street to the apartment. Eat at the restaurant that is at the top near the entrance is the tower. It is difficult to find but worth the effort. Host communicated well. We slept well. The apartment was newly remodeled and very clean.”

“My husband and I enjoyed the place, it was so cute and had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because the phone reception was very bad in Vernazza even with our holafly sim card and Google maps doesn't work well, we spent a stressful hour wandering with our very heavy luggage, ( on a 7 week travel tour so had a bigher suitcase)!trying to find the place. We finally found a corner in town where our phones worked and called the host...

“Apartment was a great location and nice. Host was a poor communicator. Up until the night before when I called, there was ZERO response despite multiple messages and Whats Up Messages. The listing specifically says Dryer. There is no dryer. This was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. Very disappointing and when asked, Host ignored and acted like it was no big deal.”
