Go in May when the weather is perfect, and the lilacs are blooming -it's a place to be quiet and appreciate art.”

“Nice big unit. Nice and bright during day and sort of a dark cozy aesthetic once the sunsets. As described it is part of a multi unit house but never really noticed anyone else. Walkable to main sights in near the Taos Plaza. Good size and layout for our family.”

“Superb house in a tranquil setting close to everything. This house is well equipped with a nice kitchen, hot tub, grill, and outdoor fire ring. Easy drive to TAOS or great hiking. I highly recommend!”

“Great house. I stayed with my boyfriend and one small dog. The pet fee was very reasonable and I really appreciate that. My little dog had diabetes and I do not want to leave her difficult schedule with anyone. So this was a perfect spot. Really loved catching the sun rise and sunset.”

“A nice house that fit New Mexico landscape......quiet and out of town but close enough to shops, etc. The dirt road wasn't the greatest, but okay if you just go slow. It did get you to a great view of mountains and Taos.”

“Well stocked house - lacked large fry pan and cereal bowls but caretaker quickly provided. No hot tub towels. Property tidy and fairly clean but a thorough cleaning was needed of the kitchen cupboards and tables (we washed them down - quite sticky and dirty) also the oven and overhead fan was not clean. Thorough cleaning necessary for future. Dining room light bulbs were out and the smoke alarm had been removed from the casita, plus flickering light in the casita. Despite the above, our stay...

The beds were comfortable, we could not have enjoyed our stay anymore. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy your lovely property again. “This is our second time to stay at this casita and we love it. It’s perfect for my husband and I. We can walk to our favorite restaurants in Taos and it’s easy to drive to Taos ski mountain. The place is so cute and cozy and has everything we need. We will be staying there again next year. I highly recommend.”

“Go to bed at sunset, get up at sunrise. No noisy alarms, rest in your sleeping bag on top of the mattress, build a fire in the old cast-iron stove if needed, wave at your neighbor, but leave them alone. Great sky views, Perhaps especially at night. Zillions of stars come out. Highly recommended place for a solo retreat, as I took.”
