It is an entire colonial residence reserved exclusively for your group, complete with private staff and a rooftop jacuzzi terrace above the city.

Built in the traditional colonial style of Cartagena’s Historic Center, the property is organized around a private interior courtyard — the quiet center of the residence, where natural light and open air create a sense of calm rarely found inside the city walls. High ceilings, thick walls, and preserved architectural details give the space a character and atmosphere that modern buildings simply cannot replicate.

The property includes four bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in a fully private setting. Every bedroom includes air conditioning, quality linens, and its own private bathroom.

THE STAFF

A dedicated butler will welcome you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay for coordination, recommendations, transportation assistance, restaurant reservations, and local guidance.

A professional kitchen staff member is available daily from 7am to 5pm to prepare breakfast, fresh juices, lunch, and snacks using local ingredients. Groceries are at the guest’s expense and can be coordinated directly through the butler.

Daily housekeeping is included.
