“Our group of 6 had an amazing time at Villa Los Aires. It is a beautiful house with exceptional views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pablo attended to all of our needs and was more than ready to show us around the property and recommend excursions for us . He also prepared us delicious breakfast each morning . Maria cooked us dinner two nights, one of them being a traditional Costa Rican meal. Rodrigo was also very helpful. Everyone quickly became our 'familia'. We can't say enough good...

“We were very disappointed with this home. Yes, it is large enough for a big group, however, it is not adequately stocked for a large group. Not enough towels and what we had was ripped, stained, etc. The entire house was dirty. From the furniture to the floors, linens, etc. More than half of the lightbulbs both inside and out were either burned out or missing.
