  • Exclusive waterfront property with private double two-story dock and HOT TUB which overlooks the lake. Located on Big Creek less than 14 miles off of I-75. This 3,500 sq ft home features breath taking views with over 3,200 feet of outdoor covered decks with built in gas fireplace and outdoor ping pong table, cornhole & 2 hammocks. The panoramic views include both beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. Property details and amenities are designed for the discriminating renter looking for first class accommodations. Highlights include:

    - Two full sized master bedroom with deluxe en suite master baths

    - Two lower bunk rooms with a combined 4 queens and 4 single beds

    - Two large indoor sectionals which can accommodate 4 adults

    - Full bath available for the bunk room guests

    - There are three outdoor sectionals, two (2 person) hammocks as well as one full size outdoor day bed, allowing guests plenty of outdoor room to lounge and relax.

    - Viking Regal ETS 5/6-person spa, with color LEDs centrally located lakefront with breathtaking views of the lake.

    - Deluxe accommodation kitchen with 4 refrigerators, dishwasher, disposal, induction stove top with downdraft venting and sunset views.

    - 4 Ice Makers

    - Deluxe laundry room with oversized washer and dryer

    - Upper and lower covered patio (3,200 sq feet) with outdoor television and built in gas fireplace and plenty of seating for entertaining

    - Lower-level full sized bar with deluxe ice maker and refrigeration.

    - Indoor/outdoor sound system with 5 zones

    - Private two story dock featuring: two full sized boat slips, 2 jet ski slips, full sized sun deck with 8 lounge chairs, and double jump gates from the second level

    - Less than a 40-yard walk from the house to the slip on a clean paved walkway

    - WIFI is Starlink and is unlimited at 100mb/s

    - Plenty of parking, with four spaces in front of house and three more located in a dedicated pull off halfway down driveway.

    - Pets approved with owners permission

    - Maximum residency is 18 guests

We enjoyed staying at this house, we had everything we needed and wanted in this property. The host was also very friendly, we had one small issue when we arrived that he addressed immediately!

The house sits overlooking the lake with a pristine view from almost every room in the house. The owners were very accommodating with our early arrival and requests. He even offered to extend our stay for a nominal fee if we desired. The open concepts makes it a great place to stay with a large group.

This lovely lake home was for the most part clean, spacious, and accommodated our family of 10 very well. We found the furniture and beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen and seating for meals (both inside and out) was comfortable for our group. The outdoor gas grill showed signs of aging and could use some TLC. Access to the dock and lake was great and our kids and grand kids all enjoyed fishing and swimming - though the water was a bit chilly during spring break! Communications with the owner was top notch. Overall, we would highly recommend this beautiful lake home to anyone looking to relax by the water and make some wonderful memories with your loved ones.

This was a great property. We found the outside spaces to be very comfortable since we had a lot of rain. The house is very comfortable as far as seating and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Had a great stay.

Great week at Norris Lake!

Property worked great for our group of 12. Well maintained, clean, great location. Good communication, owner was responsive and offered good insight and local tips. Considering booking again for next summer.

What a beautiful lake home. The decor was perfect & gave lake vibes even though we visited when it was a little cool to enjoy the lake. The home has everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again & would purchase this home if it were listed!

This home was everything you’d expect! Our group had an amazing time. Everything was clean and well appointed! Whitman Hollow is right around the corner for boat rental and fuel. The owner was super accommodating and made sure we had a great time! Thank you!

Lake getaway

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Love how it is decorated and the kitchen island is so cool. The views of the mountains and Norris Lake are amazing. I would recommend this place and get a boat to see more of the lake.

Best vacation week

The house was amazing and the lake even better. My granddaughter said it was the best family vacation yet. My daughters weren’t ready to leave when our week ended.

Enjoyed our weekend away!

We had a couples weekend where we wanted to do some boating, watch football, hot tub in the mornings and this met all those needs! Plenty of space, minutes from marinas, and overall would rent again! Thank you for sharing your home!

The house and property are both amazing. Lots of space, and the double deck porches are awesome. Perfect place for a lake retreat! Communication with the host is very good. We definitiely will be coming back!

Relaxed Norris Lake Vacation

Property is wonderful. Clean, spacious, well appointed amenities. Loved the dock and the lift for our boat! We are ready to book for 2024 and would definitely recommend.
