“Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. “Lovely golf course and breakfast was great but slow. Room was very dated and the bed had a huge dip in the middle. Very outdated and an old TV so couldn't even put on Netflix and relax.”

“Shower head holder is broken and you need to hold it manually! Room is next to the road and is very noisy with traffic noise. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits. There is no air con and no fans to lend to customers when we asked.”

“Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'”

“Breakfast was amazing. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The one downside I did have was literally I didn’t have an ensuite bathroom. I had to use a communal down the hall shower room and toilet other than that I can’t fault the place this is Jason the Chef”

“Visited as we had a family funeral with the wake being held at the Bannatyne hotel. As a family we couldn’t recommend it more, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with great choice for everyone. Would definitely stay again.”

“Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses”
