Vincenzo & Giuseppe, were accomodating, sweet, informative and sincere in their desire to share the history of the area, and the city. The house, we learned, was their home while they raised their children in Erice. House was very clean, treats in the kitchen, fresh fruit from their garden, and a few recommendations for restaurants in the town, and sights to see. “Lovely property, the outside area and pool are fabulous. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Cinzia was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us book a really good boat trip. Couple of good local pizzerias within 15-20 minutes walk, as well as a bar and an excellent bakery. We had a great week! ”

“Our stay in San Vito Lo Capo at Edoardo’s place was fantastic! A spacious place for us all, family of 8, and really nice neighborhood. The super market was literally around the corner which made getting groceries a breeze. The walk to the beach through the little town was no more than 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you want to go, as there are all kinds of little shops along the way. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely come and stay here again! Thank you Edoardo!!”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie location, dans un cadre digne d'un décors de cinéma. Buseto Palizzolo est un très agréable village à partir duquel on peut facilement rayonner pour découvrir les beautés du nord-ouest de la Sicile. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui nous a fait découvrir le Marsala dans son œnothèque. Adresse incontournable dans le village : le très bon restaurant Peppe e Nino.”

Private Zugang zum Meer, solange keine Leiter vorhanden ist, etwas Klettern erforderlich um ins Wasser zu gehen. Giovanna ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder ”

“We so enjoyed our stay! My husband & I and another couple appreciated the central location and fresh vegetables from the garden, ideal for exploring the countryside just south and west of Palermo. Great “home base” to explore Marsala to the west, Selinunte to the south, Castellamare del Golfo and Vito de Capo to the north, and the nearby towns of Salemi and Calatafimi Segesta. Friendly and helpful host, great value, and convenient location.”

“Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

The view form the property was incredible over the ocean and the house is located about a 5-10 min drive south of San Vito Lo Capo and it was very quiet and convenient. The house was great and provided everything we needed. The Check in/out process was super easy and the property manager Giovanni was very helpful and provide all the check in info before hand. The property was also very clean. The only issue we had was that there appears to be a water...

“Die Lage des Apartments ist großartig. Keine 10 Min zum Strand, noch schneller ist man im Zentrum. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Parken kann man am angrenzenden bewachten Parkplatz (bei uns für 10€/Tag) ”

“Antonietta est une hôtesse très attentionnée, nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement, elle nous avait même préparé des petites choses à manger durant notre séjour dont un délicieux pesto. La maison est agréable et confortable. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver. Merci Antonietta.”
