We vonden de ligging van het hotel prima alleen redelijk gedateerd. Personeel, met name de schoonmaakteam, is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpunt was dat er nagenoeg geen keukengerei aanwezig was. Pas na aanvraag werden we deels voorzien. Al met al, een fijn verblijf gehad.

We loved our stay here. We were right on the beach. The Anfa Mall was a block away for anything we needed (groceries, clothes, water). The staff was super helpful! They arranged for a pick up from the airport, helped us find a restaurant that was open late & had what we were craving (seafood and drinks), which was difficult to find but she was able to find it. There was a slight block in the shower drain on our arrival but as soon as we called they sent someone up within 15 min to unclog it—even though it was late. The rooms were huge and spacious, beds were so comfortable that we ended up sleeping in both days. Washroom was great (extra bonus for having 2) and we appreciated the heated towel racks & toiletries. The kitchen was beautiful and even had a washing machine! This was not an issue for us as we didn’t eat in the apt but maybe they could add a few dishes/glasses but that was so minor that it didn’t bother us at all. We would’ve definitely stayed longer if we had the time. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

Great Hotel in Casablanca
Pestana staff are amazing! So friendly and kind. They were very helpful. The location is perfect, in the city but also on a beach. Enjoyed my stay and hope to return again.

Room needed some tender loving care
I have stayed here several times, last time about 4 yrs ago. On this tripI was disappointed to have a broken meter cupboard, damaged bag rack, and tired bathroom in the room. To be honest ( and I liked Pestana Casablanca) the quality of accomodation has dropped, and this I really am sorry to point out. One main redeeming feature were the front desk staff and security man on the ground floor. All were really great ambassadors for the brand, particularly Chaimou ( might have mis spelt her name) who really was a perfect example of Moroccan hospitality at its best. I was in 205 I think, and came away thinking maybe I had seen the best times here previous to this stay.

Highly recommend for an easy, relaxing stay!
Our family of five had an excellent ten day stay at the Pestana and could not have asked for anything more. We upgraded for a slight price increase upon arrival to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a large living room area. There was a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove and mini-fridge/freezer, equipped with basic cooking/eating necessities. We hosted family for couscous on the huge balcony, and the staff was quick to provide us with extra spoons to accommodate our guests. There was also a washing machine and drying rack! The location cannot be beat: right off the beach, private outdoor pool, steps from the Anfa Place mall (so convenient with a Carrefour grocery store, excellent pharmacy, Alpha 55 store with inexpensive beach/pool necessities, Paul cafe, Starbucks, restaurants, children’s play area like Gymboree that includes drop-off care, an art studio with classes and kid camps, and so much more) — everything you need and want for an easy, relaxing vacation. Additionally, the entire area felt safe enough that we were comfortable letting our kids go to the pool on their own and our preteen to go on solo walks. The staff at all levels were incredibly kind and welcoming, doing everything they could proactively do to make our stay excellent. All of the staff at reception spoke excellent English. We would gladly stay again and HIGHLY recommend!

Cela aurait pu être un beau séjour mais... - Deux lits simples collés ne sont pas un lit king! - Bruyant! Restaurent à côté avec du bouboum, les autres clients qui déplace le mobilier a toute heures du jour et de la nuit, la deuxième nuit, 2 client se sont engueulés de 1h du matin a 4h du matin... pour ensuite que monsieur chante?? Deux appels à la réception ont rien changé à la situation. - Bouchon du bain brisé. J'ai eu toute la misère du monde à enlever le bouchon pour la femme de ménage le remettr en place le lendemin *pleure* - Distributeur de savon pour les mains brisés Je ne me suis pas reposé. C'est cher payé pour pour ne pas pouvoir dormir. L'emplacement et la propreté sont les seul point positif que je peux donner. Les employés de la réception étais polis autrement. J'aurais apprécié qu'ils règle la situation au lieu de me dire "on va envoyer quelqu'un". Dommage car l'emplacement était superbe.

Everything looked great until we had ants in the room. That was not good. Also, the hanging dryer in the bath has burned my arm when heated up. That was terrible. Using a metallic dryer is something of the past. Porcelain is the way to go. Beside, we were pleased.

Arguably, the best location in Casablanca, but there is an absolute lack of information in the rooms. Not even a phone directory or which amenities you’re entitled to. You have to ask for appliances like microwave over or kettle. This should be informed to you during the check-in.
