“First impression was, the location is great, and even though it’s public parking, it was never an issue. We stayed from a Friday to Sunday. Redding is very hot, and as soon as we walked into the apartment, it was a nice cool temperature inside and extremely clean. All the pictures listed are spot on how it looks. “Charming, thoughtfully appointed large studio with artful farmhouse decor. Well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure in shower. Very responsive owner. Easy check-in. One piece of advice: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs to block out night noises, including refrigerator (ice maker?), train whistles, and early morning traffic.
