“This property is simply amazing! If you're looking for a nice quiet, peaceful and restful vacation this is place to be. Excellent views, natural environment and located close to beautiful beaches and restaurants in the town of Soufrier. I fully endorse this place and if it was possible I would give it 10 stars”

“My husband and I stayed in the Romantic Room with an unbeatable view of the Petit Piton. The small plunge pool in our room was also nice. The only drawback to this property is the food. Breakfast is included but is nothing special. We had lunch and dinner once at the hotel. Prices are steep for what you get in terms of quantity. The staff was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the excursions we booked through the hotel. Despite the lackluster food, we would stay here again.”

“If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....

“The property is across the road from the water Falls. The pool is nice and picturesque. I recommend bringing food or going shopping as nothing is near by.”

“We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. ”

“I would have given my stay 5 stars but the staff communicates poorly I believe it’s more front desk and house keeping our first day there I ask them to have a happy birthday surprise for my boyfriends birthday and it was not noted but was noted was all the excursions I had to pay for then once the decorations was given it was hours after I requested it and the house keeper excuse was she stopped cleaning that why she’s late had that been communicated I would have waiting longer out of the room...

“Everything was amazing, once we got up to the resort we didn’t want to leave. there is a lot of walking and taking stairs if you don’t use the transportation but we didn’t mind it was part of Anse charm!”

We were there to celebrate a Birthday and the resort delivered on all the special touches I requested to make the week unforgettable. “This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay.”

“Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats. ”

“I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

“Loved our stay at Tet Rouge - the infinity pool with the view of heaven, the view from our apt., the brief rain showers!, the lack of bugs, the service from EVERYONE, the food, the peace, the kindness.”

“The location of the vacation club is ideal and overlooks Marigot Bay with a unique little cable funicular from Doolittles restaurant at sea level up to the villas. The pool, whilst small, is very clean with a great view.”

“We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...
