“ Tracey was a brilliant hostess: friendly, helpful and always cheery. The breakfasts were excellent and while the room was somewhat compact, it had everything you need, including a very comfy bed! Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The checking in and out process was smooth. The property itself was full of wonderful charm and character, with all the amenities we needed clise at hand. It really felt like we were guests in someone's home. Perfectly situated in the middle of the old town, with lots of the local attractions, including the beach, in easy walking distance. We would recommend this to family and friends and would like to return.”
