  • Ven a disfrutar de nuestro retiro de fin de semana. Lindo como puede ser 2 dormitorios 1 baño en la casa de campo de nivel principal se encuentra cerca de un lago abastecido de 6 acres. Hemos terminado el sótano con un tercer dormitorio y baño adicional. Esta casa se encuentra en la península en el medio del lago con una vista impresionante. La casa está bien mantenida y está en excelentes condiciones aproximadamente a 1100 pies cuadrados en el nivel principal. La casa cuenta con una gran cocina comedor, sala de sol con estufa de leña, amplio dormitorio con 2 camas queen, el segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king, la habitación familiar tiene una vista maravillosa del lago y '32' TV de pantalla plana de alta definición, y Reproductor de DVD. La casa también tiene un sótano de salida terminado con un dormitorio y un baño completo y sala de estar. Esta área sale a un patio de ladrillos.

    La propiedad está a 10-15 minutos del centro de St. Louis Missouri y 40-50 minutos de St. Aeropuerto Louis Lambert y más cerca del aeropuerto de América Central. A 45 minutos de la granja de Grant.

We had a great time, the house is just as described. Easy and comfortable for a group of people. The host were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely book again when we come back to the area!

Family from Oklahoma came to visit their Grandpa that lives locally

Clean and seemed like they really tried to think of all things that guest would need for their stay.

Peaceful retreat

Location, location, location!

This property is all about the lake front location. Very relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the geese/ducks/turtles. House is well stocked and is suited for 2 families, with living areas and bathrooms on the main and lower levels. A great location for relaxation.

Nascar trip

This house works out great for us. We love the feel of being in the country and yet close to the things we want to do. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the deck in the morning and evening. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed.

Just the t the rig right place, atmosphere and size. Family had a great time.

The lake did it for all. Everyone learned to fish even my 2 year old great grand. Could not have picked a better place

SIUE grad weekend

We rented this house so we could be together as a family for our sons graduation from SIUE. Very relaxing, we hosted dinner after graduation and everyone could spread out and be comfortable. The house is 20 minutes from edwardsville/campus with plenty of room for three grown children, their significant others, and close family to visit and have dinner. Will definitely stay again

Nice and quiet

A lot of room in the house for several people. Everything worked as it should. Kids loved the basement, with walkout to pond. Very nice sitting on the deck, so peaceful.

Friends and family were impressed with the rental and our Treatment we received from Heidi. One person from the area asked for information to be able to help others that come to the area.

We enjoyed this rental. It fit the needs of the five of us. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. This older house is located in a really nice development. The house was clean and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The water view was very calming. We are country people so the frogs and bug noise did not bother us. The house was close enough for us to easily get to and from the racetrack. It worked well for us and we would rent here again.

Successful trip with aging parents

We traveled to Caseyville to bring my mom (83, with dementia and currently in a nursing home), and my husband’s father (79, uses a cane and walker) to meet their newest great grandson. The house was so easy for them to navigate. There was one step into the kitchen but was easy enough for them to maneuver. The parents enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. The house was well equipped with all the kitchen cooking essentials to make breakfast. I might add the owner was so gracious to allow us to change our booking to a later date due to a COVID exposure at Moms nursing home. I did not pay for trip protection but she was accommodating due to the circumstances. We will definitely stay there again. As a bonus it’s less than 10 minutes from our kids house.

Great Experience

I truly enjoyed the location. It was very quiet and beautiful. We were actually able to see horses from our window and on the deck. We really did not get a chance to enjoy the property due to being out most of the time. Heidi was very nice and helpful. We felt welcomed. I wish I took pictures, but die to how busy we were we did not. The only area of opportunity I would suggest is that I had an issue with the keys at times and there were a lot of spiders in the front of the entries. The bugs were crazy due to the lake. If maybe areal bug repellent sticks could be placed at the entries. The house and owner itself were great! Thank you Heidi!

Lake view from deck

We have been staying at Heidi's for a weekend in the summer several years. She is promptly there to answer any questions or concerns. The deck with lake view a great place to hang out for the day. Always up dating and new bedding for rental. Thanks Heidi.

great place

The house was plenty big enough for all 11 of us. The pond was great. There wasn't much yard space for the kids to play ball etc. as the ball would roll toward the pond. The mattresses could use an upgrade. Also the trash is to be taken out but there wasn't enough trash bags.

Cozy cabin on the lake

This house was perfect for our family both inside and out. Enough room for everyone to sleep without crowding teens and we really enjoyed being able to get out and lounge/fish every single day. The guard ducks were absolutely amazing and so much fun! Having dishes and towels available was very nice as that's not typically something you carry. The property manager is super nice and I'll Definitely look this place up again when we return.

Peaceful

This house is located in an upper scale neighborhood, nestled in trees on a small lake. The house is much older, but very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the queen beds squeak badly every time you move. We went in to St Louis both days and enjoyed a Cardinal game and Grant’s Farm. We would stay again.

Late family Christmas

We had a wonderful time! Kids had basement for sleeping and bathroom which was a plus! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen for cooking! Great place for family gatherings! We’d definitely stay again👍
