Perfect Rental Cabin

Great stay for the family. The location was perfectly situated and the lake was amazing. Sandy bottom lake perfect for swimming. Will love to book this place again.

A perfect lake getaway!

The property was very beautiful and clean and the location by the lake was amazing! The beach is sandy and perfect for little kids to play in! Definitely a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend it!!

Great cabin weekend!

We had a great stay on leach lake. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The sleeping setup was cozy but there was plenty of room for cooking, lounging, playing games etc. The yard ans beach were great and the kids spent hours playing in the sand and in the shallow water. Very nice dock and 2 boat lifts were available.

Nice and peaceful

Cabin was right on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. Over all clean house with a very nice bonfire pit. We'll be coming back for the winter.

Wonderful and QUIET! property

This property is very nice, our whole stay the breeze blew in off the lake. The waves crashed, very serene.It's remote, so bring what you need - a 25 minute drive minimum into Walker. The remote nature adds to the serenity and silence. Very few cars drive by, no truck noise.I recommend it, my friends loved it too!

Excellent setup!

Easy check in... exactly as expected. Very nice layout. Just good all around. I'll be back for this one... Fishing conditions pending. The cover on the lift wasn't there. That's about the only thing I could ding this property, manager on.

Nice outdoors

The outdoor beach, bonfire, water was fantastic! The cabin was musty smelling and not very clean. We had to wash the dishes before using them.

3 Generation Fishing Trip

We stayed at this property for an end-of-summer fishing trip spanning 3 generations from my 11 year old son to my 79 year old father. The location was on a very nice, quiet part of the lake with easy access into Walker (or to Bemidji, had we needed it). We had guided fishing trips on Leech one day and Lake Winnie the second which were very enjoyable and successful. The house had everything we needed for the meals we cooked. The dock and beach area was very nice and even though there were other houses around there were never any noise issues. Everything was well-maintained and in good shape. We really enjoyed the selection of games We would definitely stay here again on future trips up to the area!

Great Fishing at a Great Cabin

4 of us stayed here for a week for a fishing trip in early October. We found the cabin to in excellent condition and very clean with an adequate supply of linens and towels. Perch fishing was excellent. We caught many 14"+ each day we were there in the weed beds between the cabin and Goose Island. Walleye fishing was slow during our stay but the ones we caught were all 19"-22". The cabin is somewhat remote, it is about 20 minutes from the town and Cass Lake and 25 minutes from Walker but roads to each are in excellent condition and the cabins are spread out nicely in the area. We met one neighbor who was very friendly and helpful. The host, Jackie, was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful sand beach

Beach was beautiful and peaceful, great for swimming or yard games. Caught some nice size walleye. House was clean and well equipped. Loved the fire pit with supplied wood. Would definitely go back!

Family fishing trip

My family and I had a great time at this property. The boat lift with electricity for charging boat batteries was a huge bonus. The temperatures reached low nineties but the window air conditioner kept the whole cabin cool. Very nice camp.

Weekend Getaway

This was a nice property to stay at on the lake.  It was well equipped with necessities and had a great view of the sunrise over the lake.  It was in the winter months that we stayed, so access down to the lake wasn't as easy as it would be in the summer time.  The driveway is also very long and was plowed narrowly.  The listing said there was room for 4 vehicles to park.  We had a truck and a trailer and it was a bit hard to maneuver around with the space that was plowed and available.  There was a little bit of a musty smell when walking in, but as the weekend progressed it dissipated. Overall it was a nice stay and a good weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was a great location for fishing, with lots of privacy. The cabin was clean and had all the necessities needed. The firepit by the lake was very relaxing! It was a great much needed weekend away!!
