Preciosa casa de vacaciones privada con piscina privada, A/C, WIFI, TV y vista panorámica

Hermoso caserio en piedra , ubicado en una posiciòn tranquila y panoramica alrededor de los campos de Lucca.La propiedad a dos plantas ha estado cuidadosamente reestructurada , dejando inalterado sus caracterìsticas arquitectònicas originales , ademàs de ser decorada con mucho gusto y con estrema atenciòn a los detalles . La casa se encuentra vecino a la villa padronal , pero es completamente independiente y goza de un amplio jardin y una hermosa piscina privada . Son admitidos los animales domèsticos de pequeña talla.
Distancia: el pequeño pueblo de Orientano con tiendas de vìveres a 1,5 km , Altopascio con tiendas y servicios de todo tipo a 5 km , Lucca a 15 km, Pisa (aereopuerto) a casi 40 km , Firenze ( aereopuerto) a casi 55 km , Montecatine , notable como ciudad termal con campos de Golf a 15 km, la zona costiera de la Versilia (con amplias playas equipadas) a casi 40 km.

Cuarto matrimonial (posibilidad de transformal en cuarto, con dos camas personales), baño con bañadera y ducha con acceso directo al externo.
Altillo: (ubicado sobre la sala ) Dos sofa cama personale.

La villa è bellissima, tenuta bene, con lavatrice, asciugatrice e molti altri servizi. I padroni sono stati lo stesso molto disponibili e gentili. Una casa preciosa, la dueña muy amable. Todo perfecto. Muy recomendable.La piscina no la disfrutamos pero es preciosa y enorme. Ideal para famílias grandes. La casa está muy bien situada, aunque nos costó un poco encontrarla, porque no aparecia el nombre de Villa Fontine A pesar de esto volveríamos. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A beautiful villa, with a very kind owner. Everything perfect. Much recommended. We have not used the pool but it was a nice and very large one, ideal for a large family. The house is well located, though it has not been easy to find it because the name Villa Fontine was not indicated in signs...in spite of this, we will return.

When we arrived at your villa we were surprised by the enormous space in- and outside the villa. It even looks a lot better than on the pictures on the website. The rooms were very clean and the enormous garden including a large swimming pool are maintained excellent. We liked especially the privacy, the swimming pool and the large terrace. We also made frequently use of the montainbikes and the ping-pong table. During our stay we visited Bientina (not so interesting), Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Viareggio, Montecatini and Montecarlo (very nice village on a hill). The owner Angela and her daughter Silvia were very kind and helpful. Overall we have had a wonderful time. Fam. van de Vorst, Netherlands

The Villa Fontine, aka Villa Niccolai, is a tremendous property, with excellent comforts, exquisite grounds, and a pastoral location. It is a very authentic Tuscan villa, looking small from the outside but is open and spacious inside. Multiple outdoor dining locations are available: poolside, under a new poolside curtained gazebo, in the garden, or under the porch awning. The owners, Angela (mother) and Sylvia (daughter), were gracious, warm, and welcoming. We did a special dinner with a chef the first night and it was divine. It is a great space for kids ages 4 and up (for younger tots, there are lots of stone stairs and the pool is not fenced), with plenty of room to run around outside. Only a few slight negatives: wifi isn't very strong so must stay close to host's house (no signal on porch or at pool); neighboring roosters start calling at 4:30 am, an authentic but not ordered wake-up call; the owner's house is very close to the villa, but owners not intrusive at all; gardening commences at 7 am or earlier each morning. Overall, it was a magnificent place to stay.

What a wonderful home you have here. It was a joy to stay. We loved coming back and making dinner and playing cards or just talking about our day. The kitchen table is THE gathering place! Than you for providing such a beautiful place for all paople to come to. We took many day trips to Lucca, La Spezia, Pisa, Montecatini, Camaiore, Portofino and others despite the rain! The little touches such as lovely paintings, fresh flowers in our rooms made us feel very welcome and at home. Our boys had a wonderful time playing soccer with your family , and we really appreciate your kindness towards them. It is much larger in person than the pictures really show on the website. It was terrific and set up great for multiple family situations. The large eat in kitchen was tremendous. We cooked 12 out of 14 nights in the villa. The local vendors really have great food choices to prepare. Angela and her son were fabulous. They made a few calls for us when we had trouble with the rental car and even gave us some homemade pasta sauce.

Convenient for flights into Pisa. Lots of accessible places to visit- Lucca, Pisa, Medici Villas, Florence. Lovely Villa good for families or groups as it has lots of good bathrooms. Bigger than usual pool and exclusvie use of large garden with BBQ area. Robin W. Scotland

The Villa is well located - just far enough off the A1 to assure the pleasure of rural Italy while close enough to good grocery shopping and tons of "tourist" things to do. The area has an unending variety of interesting things to do. We especially enjoyed driving the "back roads" in the area. The accomodations at the villa are wonderful. We were most appreciative of the one bedroom on the first level with wheelchair access, for one of our friends. The hosts, Lorenzo and his mother, were most gracious and very accomodating. The only difficult part of our stay was tearing ourselves away from the Villa each day to visit the local sights.

Very spacious, very clean, very beautiful inside and out. Great for kids- we have 5 kids (under 7) and they had a ball and we didn't feel like they were going to break things. If the pool had been clean and heated, we probably would have used it (we were there in mid-late April). The location was ok, although there's a lot of traffic in the surrouding areas.

The villa and the holiday was special - everything we wanted and more. The grounds were fantastic and very large. Days by the pool were relaxing. Ideally situated in Tuscany to reach all the sights. No shortage of nearby restaurants.
