Ulivo Blu Holiday Homes is located in the heart of the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo (TP), in the Fraginesi district, immersed in a typically Sicilian rural landscape and yet close to the centre of Castellammare del Golfo (6 km) and Scopello (6.2 km).



This is a modern structure comprising 14 apartments divided between 3 studio flats (20m²), 7 two-bedroom apartments (40m²) and 4 three-bedroom apartments (65m² with 2 bathrooms) with views of the swimming pool, the structure's gardens, the sea or the mountains. The apartments offer all the comforts of their category and, moreover, almost all of them feature a comfortable balcony or terrace. The interior spaces are spacious, bright and functional. Our apartments are all carefully furnished and respect the Mediterranean style in perfect balance between style and comfort. Furthermore, thanks also to the soundproofing system with which all our apartments have been equipped, you will be able to rest in a relaxing and rejuvenating way.



In the vast and well-maintained garden you will find various relaxation areas to enjoy the silence of the place, to relax reading a book or to spend pleasant and long evenings in the open air. Furthermore, the structure has an outdoor swimming pool, solarium with sun loungers and deck chairs, ample free parking, jogging path, wireless internet connection in common areas, by the pool and in the rooms, and much more.

Renowned seaside resort in western Sicily known for its crystal-clear waters, the Castellammare del Golfo area is considered one of the most beautiful internationally, also thanks to the proximity of places such as San Vito Lo Capo, the Gulf of Macari, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the Scopello tuna fishery.

In particular, the Zingaro Oriented Nature Reserve will captivate you: it is a protected natural area where native flora and fauna coexist in harmony, characterised by 3 trails (coastal, mid-slope and high) embellished with numerous coves, where crystal-clear water takes centre stage. For this reason, we suggest you bring a mask and fins with you to fully enjoy the splendid seabeds that the reserve offers.

The Gulf of Macari, located 40 km from Castellammare, is also absolutely not to be missed: here too, the sea has wonderful shades all waiting to be discovered.

Just over 30 km away is Erice, an ancient Phoenician and Greek city, perched at 751 m high on the mountain that bears the same name. Defended by walls, the city is a labyrinth of narrow streets with two faces: the sunny and luminous one of warm summer days and that of winter days, when you have the sensation of having arrived in a place outside of time.



The nearest airport is Palermo, reachable in one hour by car (50 km). Alternatively, Trapani airport is located 60 km away.
