The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is configured with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal choice for families.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area is warm and inviting, complete with a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen television, and a dining table suited for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace and includes an oven, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules are available at an extra cost. A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, the double bedroom features direct access to a private balcony, offering a restful retreat with scenic views.
