“Massimo our host was truly that, he had us met by an agent but then touched base with us by phone to ensure that all was as expected with is lovely family home. He sent restaurant recommendations and transport info, very thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that there multiple laundry machines as our last property’s machine was not working properly. “Roberta was a great host. She helped organize the airport pickup and made sure we had everything we needed for our time in Venice. If you go in the high season with busy canals, be aware that you will have to walk 5 min with your luggage. Also, there is no lift so make sure you don’t overpack. Overall, great rental!”
