The villa features garden furniture, a 20 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan in the living-dining room, covered parking in a nearby building, television and a 4 x 2.5 metre mooring (for a jet ski).
