The ground floor presents a spacious living and dining room with rustic and practical furnishings, including a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace used exclusively for decorative purposes. From this level, you have direct access to the patio. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and the second bedroom is identically configured with 1 French bed of the same dimensions. Please be aware that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment area. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. The large kitchen on this level is fully equipped and open to the living space. On the upper floor, a third bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a full bathroom with bath and WC.
