“Absolutely stunning stay at the Penthouse in Castello, Venice. The view was gorgeous, easily one of the highlights of our trip. Patrizia was wonderful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. And unlike many rentals, this place was fully stocked with everything we needed, so we never had to run out for basics. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable and beautiful home base in Venice. It exceeded our expectations.”

“We had a lovely stay!”

“We had a phantastic time. Very well located to hide away from the tourist masses. Nice Restaurants close by. Nicely furnished. Can only highly recommend.”

“se devo trovare una pecca , non aveva neanche una bottiglia di acqua che ,a mio parere , dovrebbe essere lasciata per ogni persona che occupa la struttura almeno all'arrivo”

“Stefano, was a good host, very responsive and detailed in his instructions, advice etc. I would highly recommend his beautiful home to big groups and or small families. Location is in a quiet area yet accessible to restaurants, must see sites etc. my group of 9 women felt safe and pampered with the amenities. Thanks Stefano!”

“Great location, very clean and spacious (for the city). Emanuela was very communicative and gave good suggestions for dinners and tours. One thing to note is that there are a LOT of steep steps to get up to the place, it’s a great leg workout!Overall we loved it and would stay there again.”

“We really liked the quiet courtyard: nice way to chill after the buzzing city”

“While a little bit removed from Central Venice - the neighborhood of the apartment is lovely with a fruit/veg stand next door and a grocery store 100M away. Very convenient and everything is super walkable. Apartment is large and lovely.”

“La propiedad muy bien y muy cerca de todo ”

“Owner does not use VRBO for payments and instead uses some third party-software that does not work very well. Paying was a painful process involving many communications with the owner to get it finally done. Another learning is to seek an arrival point for the water taxi that is close to the apartment with the fewest bridges with their stair as possible with luggage. The best is St. Samuel, which has no bridges. The apartment itself is fine and the location is good. The owners attitude is oc one...

“Hosts were very professional and easy to deal with. The apartment was updated and quaint. They had everything you needed.. from umbrellas to outlet adapters to recommendations of restaurants etc. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the essentials. Fantastic location!!!!!!”

“Great location and host was very responsive.”

“This was a great little apartment. Super cute decorations, had all the basic amenities one would need. Once you take the water taxi from Venice over to Murano island, everything is walkable. I loved the restaurants and all the glass shops. I would highly recommend this little apartment. Exceptional neighbors.”

“Charming old apartment in a fascinating part of the city.”

“Property was great. AC was a must and worked well. Great vibe on the street below with lots of shops and food. Wonderful stay!”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise. Irène nous a réservé un super accueil et donné de bons conseils. Elle est même venu nous chercher au Vaporetto ! L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé au centre mais au calme, à côté de 2 stations de vaporetto et 1 Tragetto. Il est climatisé l'été ce qui est appréciable en Août. Toute la famille (enfants de 7 à 15 ans) a adoré le séjour. Merci, au plaisir de revenir.”
