Beautiful house very bright and very well equipped 96 m² fully renovated in 2015 with private parking on the property, secured by an electric gate.

You will be quiet with a large garden of 900 m² planted with fruit trees, where you can relax on deck chairs while your children are swinging in the cabin.

You also have a large terrace with garden furniture for 6 people and a gas grill that is also plancha. We put at your disposal an outside lighting to enjoy the terrace until the end of the night.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms with excellent bedding, floating floor, large storage cupboards. In the second bedroom, we can bring the two single beds (90 x 190) to make a large bed to accommodate couples.

The dining room has a reversible air conditioning, television, DVD player, free WIFI available, a sofa bed, coffee table, and a large table for 6 people. The fireplace is only decorative.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large freezer with drawers, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee makers ...

A bathroom with storage, WC independent,

A veranda with seating for relaxing while watching the garden,

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, cabinets, sink, ironing board ...

We put at your disposal free baby equipment namely umbrella beds with mattresses and mattress protectors, changing table with bath, high chairs, bottle warmer ..

You have the possibility to book our house for weekends and short stays. Animals are not allowed.

- Tourist tax: 1,10 € per person and per day.
- You can if you wish to take the end of stay cleaning fee which is 60 €
- You can if you want to rent the bed linen at 8 euros per bed and per week.
- You can if you wish to rent towels at 4 euros per person per week which includes a large towel, a small towel and a washcloth.
