“Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. “We were in one of the refurbished rooms which was vey clean, however there is obviously still some additions that are required in the main areas that look very drab and neglected. The heating in the bedroom was good but the en-suite bathroom had no heating at all and was so cold you didn't want to shower in there, the addition of some form of heating is needed here .A bin in the bathroom and some sort of shelf to put your own bits and pieces on would be useful.A mirror in the bedroom would be...

“Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. ”

“The breakfast was fresh varied and delicious. Special shout out to Ryan on the front desk who resolved an issue with our room ( not all channels available on the tv) immediately by transferring us to the next door room. Really appreciated that. ”

“Awful stay. Had read great reviews about cleanliness and what a pleasant stay. The place isn’t clean the access is complicated and changes continuously. I had to change rooms daily meaning I had to pack my case every morning. One night I was told I had to sleep on the sofa and I wasn’t even provided with a cover. Ended up having to book a hotel last minute just to get some sleep. I highly recommend you avoid this place. ”
