A vase of flowers and a thoughtfully created gift basket for our “Sister’s Trip” were waiting for us in our room, which felt so personalized and kind. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap.
