“Great location for our softball tournament. Easy parking, easy access and overall good experience!”

“We had a nice stay here, affordable and pet friendly. We would come back again!”

“Friendly and accommodating”

“This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

“Needs to be cleaned. Great location.”

“What a delightfully unique quiet treasure . Walkable to many local coffee shops, restaurants & sites we were able to find new things every day. The property is lovely and the reservation & follow through during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to go back.”

“The location was terrific for walking to great parks, the Botanical Gardens, Cherry Creek shopping and dining. The host was quick to answer our questions. In any other season, it would have been a better choice for me. My big mistake was, as a southern girl used to air conditioning, failing to notice that the unit did not have A/C. The temps were over 100 degrees while we were in Denver and it would have been much more tolerable to have had a at least a couple of nice sized box fan for both...

“Great place, great location. No, you can't hear the Interstate when you're inside and trying to sleep. Inside of the home is nice updated and very clean. Loved the king-size beds.”

“Great place to stay. Host was resposive and friendly. Would definitely book again.”

“There was some miscommunication upon check in but turned out fine and a couple essentials were missing but overall a pleasant stay.Pros: King beds that are very comfortable, good location and an amazing yard if you have pets that need to run.Con: living room furniture needs replacing, re-upholstery or really deep clean.”

“We had a really nice stay and an overall excellent day here. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”

“Tastefully updated historic home within walking distance of all things Littleton Backyard patio was wonderful for morning coffee and evening game nights. Kitchen had everything and we even grilled out with steaks from local meat market. Walk to transit was very easy as we went to concert downtown. Highly recommended”

“We loved our stay and it was perfect for our group. Communication with the host was fantastic. They have really thought of the fine details on this property. Thank you so much for stocking necessities and beyond. So thoughtful and much needed. I have never stayed at a property that had what we needed—this was awesome! The shower curtain over the glass in the primary bathroom is genius. You really have thought of everything. Thank you for everything!”

“The property was not as advertised, no central A/C as described in the listing and very dirty. Unresponsive property management company. Was told the A/C just went out but temporary (garage rolling units) were placed in the property, the day we arrived it was 103. Deplorable inside, fence had large holes in it, backyard was unusable. Dirty kitchen, table & bathroom surfaces.”

“Great communication, clean home, excellent location. However, listing says “entire home with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms” but there is only 1 bathroom, 5 bedrooms, and a permanent (locked) tenant room. We had 6 people in our party and one bathroom is not enough. Would have booked somewhere else had the listing been accurate.”

“Property was cozy and nice for what I needed. Communication was on point and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend for a visit.”
