“The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. ”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“We had the most wonderful stay. The location is just beautiful and it's so very peaceful. I stayed in the Wall Room with my dog. It was totally dog friendly with a very comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. There was a bed, towel, water bowl and treats for my dog.
