“This home is within a short walk from the quaint square of Castletown. It is really cute inside for two people. We only slept and had breakfast there everyday as we were out and about for the rest of the time. We enjoyed the village square and the restaurants there as well. Access to the rail station and catching the bus at the square was a real bonus. We would definitely stay there again!”

“We were very comfortable in the beautiful apartment which had stunning views. We were well looked after. However, we left very early in the morning and couldn’t work out how to get hot water out of the shower! If it had been at a more respectable time, we would have asked for help, but it was far too early to summon anyone. Clear instructions would have helped in this situation. Overall we were very pleased with our short stay. ”

“The property has picture windows overlooking the bay - stunning views. The house was clean overall, comfortable and well equipped. Although there is a lack of shaver point which I use to charge my electric toothbrush. I had to buy a manual toothbrush. The rugs in hall, lounge and kitchen are unnecessary as the floors are tiled/parky flooring. These rugs could do with a clean as could the settees. “Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man. “Everything about our stay was perfect! Our apartment, number 2, was clearly recently decorated and spotlessly clean. Our hosts, Jason and Mark, had thought of everything that a guest might require. They had even considered little details like having a fluffy hot water bottle in the bedroom drawer, or leaving us a bag of ice and pint of milk in the fridge/freezer. The welcome note and treats left for us were particularly thoughtful, as were the messages checking to see if we needed anything....

“Lovely property set over 3 floors with all mod cons and full bathrooms on each floor. Has great entertaining space outside wuth hot tub, bbq, fire pit, seating areas both covered and uncovered. Would definately stay again. We stayed for a relaxing stress free night chill out night before my daughter's wedding. We were all impressed by facilties, and our host Tim. Who welcomed us warmly and took us through the house and facilities. ”

“Ballaloaghtan is perfectly located 30 mins from Douglas but within easy reach of a village shop..5 mins, a fine dining restaurant….10 mins and beautiful walks from the barn. We had a mix of weather but we did get to enjoy a walk up to South Barrule, a cycle ride around some of the TT circuit and a visit to Laxey on the Electric railway. It was always a pleasure returning to the house where we could cook, eat and relax together after our busy days. We will be returning 🙂”
