“The room was of a reasonable size, but i think a deawer for clothes need to be added to the rooom and not jusr the rod to hang some clothes on the corner. I wasnt comfortable with the door that communicated to the room next to mine and there,was no water one day. But it was really centraly located with easy accesss to everywhere i wanted or needed to go, i was not bothered by nobody, it was clean and provided towels to take to the bea h.”

“The house was a good launching pad for our time in Puerto Rico. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the sleeping areas during a hot and humid June! Mayra was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed being able to use the grill (although the oven never did work during our stay) and having the coolers and beach chairs made our beach time even better. ”

“I had a delightful stay in a wonderfully convenient location. It was approximately 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the beach, an hour from Luquillo in the East, and two hours from Aguadilla Beach in West. The location was ideal for a 3- to 5-day trip exploring the northern part of Puerto Rico. The host and the home were absolutely perfect, exceeding expectations. I was completely satisfied with the host's communication and would undoubtedly stay again if visiting Puerto Rico...

“We had an amazing stay! My family stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was such a perfect retreat from all the craziness of the weekend. The outdoor space is truly an oasis. There was ample room for our group of 11. The casita in the back was perfect for the little extra privacy between our group. We had a small problem with the fridge and it was addressed immediately. Otherwise everything was perfect! The beach being a boo al and a half away was just the cherry on top!”

“Everything about this property was excellent – location couldn't be beat, the property was up-to-date and clean, air conditioners worked in the bedrooms, fans only in the main space, just be aware this is in the city so there are no windows in the bedrooms downstairs and minimal upstairs, you can open the portals in the windows in the front doors and natural lighting comes from the canopy ceiling in the patio. We loved our week in Puerto Rico.”

“The host always responded promptly. The check in was smooth. There was a pool but it had a little too many leaves in it we didnt use it. It was very spacious, decent location if you have a rental/transpo about 15 mins from most things (food, restaurants, beaches, stores etc). There is a rooster or 3 next door that woke us up around 430 - 5 every morning.It was 8 of us all family and it was more than enough room for su to be comfortable and relax.”

“This property needs better care. If it got that much-needed cleaning and maintenance, it would be just as advertised. One of the bathrooms was closed due to repairs, this was never informed to us in the weeks-long wait we had from the moment we made the reservation until the check in date. It was an important requirement for me and my family, so we were naturally disappointed. The grass was very overgrown, which is dangerous in this weather as it can be the host of numerous animals and...
