The place is lovely however both times we have stayed the cleaner hasn’t done the best job. The amenities weren’t topped up, there was nothing to clean the surfaces with and no shampoo etc in the washrooms. The rooms were nice, but there were electrical and heat issues due to the age of the building. When we made out booking we booked a 14,000 square ftBuilding and 8 bedrooms. Work from the lake or unplug. Just over an hour from Ottawa, serenity now.
Very pretty spot and quiet except some gunshots. Cottages quite close but little neighbour activity which was great.
