“This is a really great hotel and I enjoy the location and interior very much. We had a spacious room with very high sealings. The grounds and area are wonderful. The service is very good overall, but our dinner was not very enjoyable. It took far too long for the food to arrive and the quality wasn't the best. The pizza was terrible. “The owner and their son were fantastic. The pillows are a bit small but other than that we liked our stay a lot. The friendliness of the owners is really what made it great. Nice, accommodating and super helpful. For the low price we loved it. Walking distance to the night market and tons of restaurants. ”

“Funny and cute for a short stay but not comfortable for multiple days. Bed was small for two and short for non-Asians if over 180cm. Very humid and somewhat dusty/smelly. Bathrooom too small to stand in the shower or move around. Water didn't drain properly after shower which made it problematic to use the bathroom hours after. Overall very small so you better not have lots of luggage. Reception was not available during our 3 fay stay, except at check in and check out (we got extra water which...

“The resort is very beautiful with a beautiful golf course and surrounding mountains with beautiful pine trees. Everyone we dealt with were absolutely amazing people. The buffet was excellent and you had indoor and outdoor seating. Our friends and family members that were with us loved the resort and the beauty. We will definitely go back here when we are on another vacation from the United States Thank you all for our wonderful stay.”

“The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”

“Initially very impressed because of the effort put into our room arrival on honeymoon. Transport from reception to Villa was good but limited shuttle to town. The room was huge but nothing much in it, lighting was too bright only one bed stand and lamp. The bed was split in the middle and was uncomfortable. Breakfast choice was good but at 9 am most things were cold, one day coffee was really cold.”

“前の晩に朝食の時間を聞かれたので７時でお願いしたが、準備されていなかった。フロントスタッフは、朝食の用意が必要なこと申し送りされていないようだった。次の日は、まあまあ準備してくれていたが、時間通りではなかった。チェックアウトの日、空港までの定額タクシー、荷物が大きいので、大型のタクシーをお願いしたが、小さいタクシーが来て、荷物の積み方と人の乗り方に難儀した。こんなことなら自分で手配すれば良かった。ホテル評価を下げざるを得ない。”
