“This hotel is a bit removed from the main tourist areas, but still close enough to reach several of them by motorbike in about 8 minutes. It’s an oasis that lets you escape the noise of the towns when you’re ready to relax. Very charming, nicely decorated, simple, and tasteful. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is good, and they offer bikes and motorbikes at a very reasonable price. The spa, although quite simple, has the best massage therapists we’ve encountered in all of Asia....

“Overall our stay was just ok. The staff are lovely and if they weren’t doing renovations hanging out by the pool would be really nice but there are power tools going all day at the moment. The free bike hire and cheap scooter hire was really good! Our issues we had were at night. Mosquitos would find their way into our room even when we kept everything locked up so we were bitten throughout the night. Also there was a rooster right outside our room who started going off every morning at 3-4am...

“The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .”

“Super lækkert hotel til en meget rimelig pris. Familien der driver stedet er super søde og hjælpsomme. Selvdom det ligger en lille smule udenfor det centrale backpackerområde i Tamcoc, var det super nemt at komme rundt, da man kan låne cykler gratis på stedet. Det brugte vi hver eneste dag vi var der. Perfekt sted til rejsende, der vil have et par super lækre nætter i Ninh Binh. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra!”

“I had a nice stay at the bungalow, the staff is very friendly and helpful, although the English knowledge is limited. They were very kind, gave us fruits and made us a wonderful local breakfast, even didn’t want to charge us for the drinks we ordered. So cute people who hosted us.
However, the place is not in a good condition, it feels like a place that once was a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful garden, but no one has maintained it that way. Feels like a haunted place from a movie. It felt kinda...

“I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever.
The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
