You'll find the swimming pool and hot tub directly across from the front door, with an 18-hole championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, a clubhouse, restaurant, and pro-shop just a short walk further! Enjoy beautiful scenery, spectacular mountain and golf course views, entertaining music, and superb service all while enjoying your meal at the New JAX Restaurant in the Cathedral Canyon Country Club House.

The condo will be a warm welcome home after busy days outside! This charming abode is made up of 1,247 square feet of living space, complete with modern furnishings, cable TV with over 100 channels, free WiFi, and a two-car garage - a rarity in the Palm Springs Area!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and granite countertops. Whip up a feast in the kitchen or host a barbecue in the private courtyard, equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating!

At the end of the day, retreat to one of the 2 bedrooms, each boasting comfortable beds with brand new linens, a private en-suite bathroom, a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the guest room.

In the morning, make your way out to the private patio, where a cup of coffee pairs well with a view of the fairways in front of you and the mountains in the distance.

produce or reproduce sound can be used outdoors at any time. If used indoors, guests must ensure it cannot be heard beyond the property line
