Cozy 2-bedroom pet friendly house in lovely Cattaraugus with AC and hiking

The perfect place to relax and get away from it all in our newly renovated, pet friendly 2 bedroom retreat located on the Amish Trail.

Our beautiful home includes a full kitchen, laundry room, coffee bar, dining area and living space with a flat screen TV and pull out full murphy bed to accomodate 2 more guests. You will also find inside a lovely modern bathroom with large vanity and spacious tiled shower, as well as 2 homey bedrooms; one with a comfy queen bed, dresser and closet space and the second with a cozy twin over queen bunk bed, dresser and large closet. A pack and play and highchair are provided for guests that request them as well as a pet crate if you desire. You will have the entire house to yourselves to rest and relax inside in the A/C or outside on the patio.

Our outdoor space is a wonderful area to spend a perfect afternoon. A gas grill, picnic table and corn hole game are available for your use. The secluded fire pit is also a great option for unwinding and stargazing. On quiet evenings deer love to wonder through this area so be on the lookout!! (Split fire wood is provided)

There are over 20 MILES of private mapped hiking trails at your disposal January 1 - September 25th as they will be closed down for big game hunting season. Don't forget to pack your snow shoes when the snow flies. Feel free to explore our 1200 acre beef ranch if you feel like going off-trail. Cows, woodchucks, deer and turkeys; as well as birds and many other animals are prevalent so be sure to bring your camera (and your insect repellent). Please be advised guests are NOT permitted to have ATV's on the property.

Our home is situated 200 ft from a main entrance to the Cattaraugus County snowmobile trails. We are located directly in the middle of Cherry Creek Sno-Goers, Randolph Elibomwons and Little Valley SnowBounders so you can travel in any direction you desire. Covered trailer parking is an added bonus!!

Located on the Old Order Amish trail, take one of our newly updated Amish Maps and head out for a day of site seeing and shopping.

Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or and adventure filled weekend, Adams Valley Retreat is right for you. In addition to all our property has to offer you will also be close to several year round attractions:
