The welcoming and well-furnished "Tenuta Naiano Raffaello" apartment is located in a rural area outside Cavaion Veronese, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, just a short drive from the shores of Lake Garda. Heating is available in winter for an extra fee based on consumption.



The 60 m² ground-floor apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, and cable TV. A high chair is available on request. The spacious outdoor area, shared with the upstairs apartment and overlooking the vineyards, offers a lush garden with a dining table and lounge furniture, where you can relax under umbrellas, play table tennis, or enjoy evenings with a glass of wine and barbecues.



From the apartment, you can explore the region and reach Verona and the international airport in about 30 minutes by car (20-30 km). Venice is about a 90-minute drive or 150 km away.



Parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are allowed; the first pet stays free, while a surcharge applies for the second and third. Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved.



Wine, olive oil, and local product tastings can be arranged at the Bellora Wine Shop in the Tenuta di Naiano’s courtyard. Reservation required.
