“Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and well cared for. Parking and turning around were tricky if you had multiple vehicles.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. ”

“The back porch is in need of a deep clean and the furniture could use new cushions. One swivel chair is completely broken and you’ll fall through if you sit in it. The pots and pans all need to be replaced (they did bring us 2 while we were there). There are several poison ivy/oak plants in the yard ( they did come a clip them) so be careful because they will grow back. The location is great, the dock is great and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host is quick.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was just the right size for us and my son liked having a king sized bed! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and appliances— they have both a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a toaster and blender. I really appreciated that the host was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and she was accommodating.”

“Great place. Super convenient to restaurants and to the Berry College tennis facility. The home was very clean. The living room allowed for all of us to hang out. Everything worked out great. Excellent communication and a very easy check in.”

“This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. ”
