The Timbers are at least two feet square and sits on the bank of Cave Creek. It’s a very short walk to the Cave Spring and the purest spring water in the state and COLD. Some of the best antique stores, restaurants and an ice cream parlor. ”

“Nice house with a great view of the river. Property description should be clearly stated that the "private" dock and outdoor areas are actually shared between two other adjoining rentals. Although 120' long, at 4' wide, the floating dock can be challenging to maneuver, and a safety issue, especially if other renters have children also trying to fish and rocking the dock.”

“We overall enjoyed our stay here but I do think there are a couple things worth noting. One, the driveway in is a long very bumpy gravel road we weren’t expecting and definitely needs to be paved. Also the description of the property doesn’t really mention that all the houses on the property share the dock and amenities. A couple that was in another house really didn’t like/understand that we could all fish on the dock. I think they are renovating a lot of the property and I think it has a lot...

“We had an Awesome time. Exceptional Host. Very Clean Property, plenty of amenities. Highly recommend this as a getaway or a Vacation Spot if you like privacy and being in the Country. Close to Eating establishments and plenty of shopping 15 minutes away. We will be back.”
