“This room (King bed in the carriage house) is ideal if you have family or friends staying in the room next door: the noise from other guests comes through the wall so I could hear conversations, coughing and snoring. Theres a white noise machine in the room you can use, though. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent in the room but seemed to be fine in the main house, so remote work could be done there. I still rate this 5 stars because the location and decor are wonderful. I would stay here again. ”

“Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating...
