Everything was well until we checked out. I told the host we will be 3 families with teenagers and 2 LO. VRBO max guests allowed was 8. I emailed the host to ask if it will be ok she said yes. I confirmed the booking. After checking out she asked to be compensated for the extra kids and teenagers as there were more than 8ppl staying in the house.Checkout instructions mentionned we turn down the heating between 0-10 , yet she complained it was freezing when the cleaner came in. She even mentioned there was condensation in the windows as a fault of my part like I'm the one who build that cabin in the first place. Last but not least she complained of the food odor in the cabin, while i can acknowledge we used the oven and had our christmas turkey (which is not against the rules) the ventilation system was very poor, the oven was greasy so every time I had to open the backdoor for few minutes to let the fume out. She wanted extra money for everything we used in the property. We cleaned very neatly and have thankfully have videos as proof and will not book again.
