We had the assistance we needed from the host. Most of our time was spent exploring the island and the beaches but the time we did spend at the property was great. Chris was a perfect host, friendly, accommodating, helping us with anything we would need in a prompt manner and even lending us his fish rods so our children could fish.The place is spacious and very nicely furnished. The unit was new and of great quality, nicely decorated but being new construction there were some convenience features and amenities that were lacking. (No towel rods, hooks, no where to hang anything, no shelves in bathroom, kitchen equipment was sparse). “Overall, the property is nice. The condo unit was as pictured. Location wise, the property is fairly central but you will have to drive to any dining or shopping locations. The short walk to the rocky beach is doable, but note all the kayaks have holes in the bottom (from being drug up/down the hill incline to get to the beach) and therefore do not stay afloat for long.
