The hosts have thought of everything which made us feel very comfortable and cozy. If I ever get a chance to come back to SLO I will definitely stay here again. Five stars!! “This property was a gem! Perfect size for what we needed, it was also clean, cute and cozy. Very close drive to local stores, restaurants and entertainment. Steve the owner, was also great to talk too. He takes pride in his property and it shows! Would definitely recommend and plan an visit again soon!”

“We had such a great time at the Nook on Hilltop! It was so airy, bright, spacious, and had all of the basic accommodations that we needed. The space was so quiet and private. Check-in and out was so simple. The location was great, far enough away from town for some privacy, but offered an easy walk to restaurants and the downtown area. We will absolutely visit again!”

“Nice clean studio with some ocean view. Hosts were great about checking if we needed anything and also if we needed any recommendations on places to go locally. Great neighborhood, very restful at night but close to the great beaches nearby. We ended up not bringing our dog as planned and host made sure to refund that part of payment right away. Has most appliances and tools you need in kitchen too. Great place!”

“I really loved your place, excellent location love the rustic finish. It was perfect. Only two things I could comment against are, the people upstairs walking around, thumping on the floor and dropping things was not the best, also a better quality mattress would be a big plus, besides that you have a wonderful place but that’s just my opinion.”

“A nice spacious room, perfect for 2 people. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony overlooking the garden while sipping coffee in the mornings. Deb and Doug supplied everything needed for a simple stay and were very welcome to questions and requests. My husband and I also enjoyed taking an evening stroll around the property under a full moon and sitting by the fireplace.”

“Perfect for 2 couples with full bedroom downstairs and another upstairs with kitchen. Quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown. Plenty of private parking. Kitchen lacking suitable pans and not many dishes, but luckily there were nice wine glasses. :) Bright and sunny rooms. Large closets. Hot showers and plenty of toiletries and towels Highly recommended property.”

“Favorite moments: sipping my morning coffee from the kitchen table, and looking out at the beautiful scenery. And, relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. This place had everything we needed: fridge, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, etc. The owner Mike was friendly and very flexible on check-in/check-out times. we will definitely return here next time we head to this area.”

“We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.”
