Located on the northeast shore of Cayuga Lake, this spacious lakefront home accommodates up to 14 guests with direct water access, expansive outdoor gathering areas, and convenient proximity to the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge.

The main floor includes three queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The primary suite features a private bathroom with a soaking tub and corner shower, while the second full bathroom offers a tub and shower combination. Upstairs, the spacious bunk room includes eight twin beds for children or group stays.



Outside, prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen, dine beside the lake, gather around the fire pit, or spend the day boating from the seasonal dock. Guests bringing boats must provide their own bumpers. Propane tanks are available for the grill, but propane levels are not supplied or monitored.



The property offers easy access to Finger Lakes wineries, birdwatching at Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, and seasonal waterfowl hunting from September and October through January. All hunting activities must follow current New York State DEC regulations.



Complimentary starter supplies include one towel per guest, pillows, bed linens, K-cups, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, a sponge, dish soap, and hand soap.
