No one knows what is going on. I would always get a different answer when I talked to a different person. My advice if someone says no keep asking until someone gives you the answer you want. If you want anything done that isn't in their routine or isn't at the exact time they would do it confirm several times. The go to response is ''yes sir'' so have them repeat anything that you want done or any orders. Once again just keep asking because if they don't want to do it they will just make up rules so that they don't have to. Last and most importantly smile and be nice.
