Muy bien amueblado y espacioso apartamento en el sótano. Situado en el centro de la ciudad, justo al lado de Ridge Park y cerca de SUU. El sótano es privado, con una entrada separada y un código de caja de seguridad, no hay escaleras para entrar y mucho estacionamiento en el lado norte. Cocina amueblada con microondas, tostadora, cafetera, nevera, estufa y todo lo esencial para cocinar sus propias comidas. Netflix, cable, y juegos de mesa proporcionados. Mi familia vive en el piso de arriba y en el piso principal durante todo el año. Nuestra casa se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, a poco más de un kilómetro y medio del Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. ¡Disfruta de tu estancia en el hermoso sur de Utah!
Hay muchos senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta cerca. También estamos cerca del Centro acuático, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink y Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon está a 20 minutos, Cedar Breaks a 30 minutos, Brian Head a 45 minutos, Zion National Park a 75 minutos y Bryce Canyon a 90 minutos.

I recently visited St. George and Cedar City with my grammie, and we were both very impressed with our rental basement. Very clean. I loved the relaxed vibe that it gave off. The air conditioning was fantastic and I really liked that the laundry room came with laundry soap as did the dishwasher. The tv was also nice, with access to a number of streaming services. My grammie and I both really appreciated that the fridge had a list of favorite restaurants to visit. Overall, a fantastic place to hangout for a vacation. I would definitely come back to this place if I am in the area. Soooooo much better and more comfortable than a hotel!

We came to town to visit family outside of Cedar and attend a basketball tournament in St. George, this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to the highway, close to stores, food, and many activities. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park less than a minute walk away. Great communication from host, very welcoming and accommodating. This will be our first choice to stay on our future trips.

This was the cleanest, most welcoming home I have been able to stay in. Host was kind even though I was not able to remember North from South. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect.

Spotlessly clean, wonderful set up, private driveway and entrance. Everything that was needed was there. This was our first stay in a vrbo and booked thru expedia. We'd definitely stay here again. As others stated you could hear walking around upstairs, but it was quieter than the hotel we stayed at the previous night. Wonderful experience!

Nice kitchen table and living area to play games and relax. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and nicely decorated, seemed homey. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Only two negatives. The apartment was cold in day but too hot at night but we couldn’t adjust temperature of furnace. And we could hear people upstairs. Not a big deal during the day but in the middle of the night is hard for a light sleeper.

We were in Cedar City for a conference so we really only needed a place to sleep, but this was perfect! It was just a mile or so from our conference. It smelled clean when we walked in, and it definitely was. It's in a college area, so there was the smallest bit of traffic in the mornings. The people living upstairs have dogs who seemed to get startled and barked both nights, but only for just a minute. The ceiling/floor wasn't as soundproof as I would have liked, so you could hear the people moving around upstairs, but overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

The key code lock to enter the property was broken so we could not enter the apartment. Family members worked with owners over the phone to try a side door key code and this was broken as well. Eventually, the daughter of the owner came with a friend and after 1 1/2 hours, we could enter the apartment. Because lock was not working, we stayed at this apartment one night only and then went to a different apartment where the key code worked.

The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with many cooking needs (oil, butter, spices etc) that are not found in many rentals. We had everything we needed. Didn't have to talk to the property manager at all. Plenty of room to park two cars off the street. We had a very positive experience. Only one minor complaint. You can hear noises from the upstairs in one of the bedrooms.

I really loved this little walkout basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean, felt so safe and cozy, and had plenty of room for me. I was traveling around most of the time I was there for my nieces band competition. So coming back to a place so welcoming and comfortable really made my trip even more amazing. I nicknamed the place my little bunker. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Amentities were well appointed and thought out with great consideration to being welcoming and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who needs a perfect home base if your lower western travels. Thanks so much to my hosts for a great stay!

Us and another couple traveled from midwest to visit Zion national Park . This a basement apartment but it is very nice. Light sleepers may hear footsteps from the floor above. Very clean !! Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. As before, check in and out is very smooth. The place is welcoming and the location is perfect for the Shakespeare Festival! Our host has great communication and kept us comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the washer and dryer are amazing. We would highly recommend this to others!!!
