The space-
This is a fully furnished, beautiful townhouse w/garage in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space with a keypad on the front door.

- 3 bedrooms, each room has a queen bed (linens provided), Smart TVs, dresser, blackout curtains, desk, and chair.

-Washer and Dryer in unit

-2.5 baths with one of the baths in the master bedroom (towels provided). Bathtub & showers. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner & soap for added convenience.

-Equipped kitchen to cook many basic meals.

-Keurig coffee maker, use pods (Provided) or use a bag of your favorite coffee in the reusable K-cup filters.

-There is a small private outside patio area with some seating off the kitchen/ living room.

-Cozy living room with a smart T.V. to stream all your favorites

Guest access-
Two owner/maid closets will be locked. The rest of the house is yours to stay!

Other things to note-
Please remember that you'll be staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7.
For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.

-All guests must be 20+ except for children with parents
-6 people max
-There is a camera above the garage and a video doorbell in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
-No late check-out or early check-in unless agreed upon
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
-We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you book an extended stay.
