I'll start with the good. The home is new, the kitchen is nice and the rooms and bathrooms are nice.
Now the bad. The bed mattresses are ROCK HARD! Like sleeping on the floor. A window in the Master doesn't have a window covering so light in the room all night long. There aren't lamps in any bedrooms, no artwork anywhere and the couches are as hard as the bed mattresses! Anyone who stays here will confirm all this. They went WAY cheap on the furnishings. The location is way out there away from everything as well. Now to the management company - Red Awning. We get there 10 minutes early - they won't let us enter the house. We wait in the car and then at 4 - the door code doesn't work. They say we need a new code and will get it in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I call again. They tell me the exact same thing. After waiting another 30 minutes I call a third time and get the SAME RESPONSE! I'm late to a 5 PM appointment when they finally get me a code and into the house eventually making us late to our dinner appointment as well. Final nail - I ask to check out 30 minutes later that 10 AM deadline - answer is no. Bad night sleep and poor management - not a good mix.
