“Clean and well maintained ”

“Our rental was cancelled due to water damage repair. We were not notified until we arrived to a construction site. With a car full of groceries, 30 minutes after check-in. We had to scramble to find last minute accommodations for family flying in. It was obvious the construction had been on going earlier in the week, with plenty of time to notify us.”

“Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. “This was one of our best VRBO stays . . . maybe the very best. The property was light, bright, spotless, and nicely furnished. Aside from a very pleasant living room and well-furnished kitchen, it's notable that each bedroom contained a comfortable chair, side table, and floor lamp to facilitate quiet reading. “Fantastic location near COTA with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and modern appliances. Excellent choice for those looking to stay near the race track while also enjoying peaceful evenings at a fantastic property. Host was responsive to questions and provided sufficient towels and toiletries for our stay. We were very happy and hope to find this property available next time we come to COTA for a race weekend.”
