“It was clean and the host was very good at communication; however, it was in a very dangerous neighborhood and we did not feel safe. My husband had to leave a day before the three kids and I so we stayed somewhere else for our last night. There were numerous in-housed people on the streets, gunshots in the stop sign etc. In addition, there were not enough pillows for our family, and no laundry detergent. ”

“Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over...

I appreciated the quick response from our host as she accommodated our specific needs. It was a wonderful location and having our own parking spot was a great convenience. ”

“Nice clean place. Bed was comfortable. Close to Old Town was nice. Host responded quickly to messages. Check-in at 5:00 seems late for a VRBO. Disappointed that they didn’t have shampoo & conditioner. Not something I like to travel with. Overall good but missing the final touches. ”
