Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We arrived late with our two small children to find the home at 55F with no working heat and no immediate assistance. The property was not properly cleaned, there were bugs in the master bedroom and bathroom, and multiple safety concerns including a broken chair, exposed wood on the railing (which caused a splinter), and the breaker box cover lying on the ground during heavy rain.What has been even more frustrating is the lack of accountability afterward — despite repeated attempts, neither Vacasa nor VRBO has provided a meaningful resolution. This experience has made us very hesitant to book through either again. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider other options.
