A True Emerald Gem in the Mountains

Our stay at Emerald Oasis was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The home is not only beautiful and spacious, but it’s also incredibly well thought out for guests. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, bowl, glass, and piece of cutlery we could possibly need—truly a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of games for both adults and children, making it easy to relax and have fun together indoors.The patio felt like our own private forest retreat, complete with peaceful partial views of Papoose Lake. Evenings spent around the gas firepit were the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—peacefully tucked away from the bustle of town, yet just a short drive to Lake Arrowhead Village.A highlight for us was having access to the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) pass, which allowed us to enjoy lovely walks and small hikes along the shoreline of Lake Arrowhead.The managing team was top-notch—communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Every question we had was answered quickly, and even my small hiccup with the firepit was resolved immediately.This was our first time staying at Emerald Oasis, but it will not be our last—we’re already planning many future visits!

Great family getaway

I took my family and two small grandkids for four day stay and had a wonderful time. Everything was as described. Great little neighborhood close to town large size home for a two bedroom home very spacious and comfortable. Great communication with Property manager and everything went perfect. We look forward to going back again soon. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful home in a tranquil location

This truly felt like a home away from home. It was clean and cozy & the perfect distance from town. Very convenient to check in/out and we were grateful we could bring our sweet pup too. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful and a loving place

We couldn't believe how spacious the place was when we arrived—it blew away all our expectations! It's easily one of the best cabins we've ever stayed in, and even our furry friend gave it a big thumbs (or paws) up! Love the high ceiling. The rooms were incredibly cozy, and the kids absolutely adored the bunk bed. The snowfall during our stay made the view from those big windows even more breathtaking! The check-in and check-out were a breeze, which just added to what was already an amazing experience.

Great property but shook down for money

Great home, very well kept. Supplied nicely with all kitchen needs. Great patio, nice location, quiet. Furnished nicely, loved the fireplace and outdoor fire table. AC and heat worked well. Definitely want to come back. Now for the downside. Did not appreciate being shook down for extra money for a late check out. It felt like a used car salesman technique from the 1970"s. I'm 62 my wife is 52, in a combined 114 years of life traveling the world i have never seen a 10 am check out ANYWHERE. I have a text that states "standard check out is 1400 hours if you'd like a copy. Just add the cost up front and let the client decide. Please refund that cost and absolutely 5 stars.

Beautiful home in the mountains

Our stay at this property was wonderful. This is now one of my favorite places to stay, Great for a family gathering. Plenty of open space. Beautiful deck with a view of the lake. BBQ worked great as well as fire pit. Great area for dogs. Definitely will be booking this place again.

The BEST Place!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! It was clean, dog friendly, warm, welcoming and close to everything we wanted to do. This home really sets the standard for all other rentals. The joy of this home was found in the small details….extra pillows and blankets, really comfortable beds and bedding, the doggie door, the safe and enclosed yard, and the window panes on the balcony so you can see your dogs and kids in the yard. Not to mention, the house was IMMACULATE! Not one spider or crawler (which is hard to do in the mountains). Would 100% stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The handle on the screen door to the deck is broken and the edges are sharp so this needs to be fixed immediately. Also, the lot next door has started on its project, so we had to listen to chainsaws cutting trees in the morning which took away from our peace and quiet. However, we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and enjoying the beautiful views. This is a home we would come back to!

Charming but a few concerns

Just to address it, this is a beautiful big lake house -it is gorgeous. My rating comes from my experience, as it's listed as a family place /has beds for kids and toys and such, I feel I must point out a few things: 1)the guard rail on the back deck is weak and wiggles a lot 2) we found a sharp chunk of glass on the floor on the entryway 3) almost all of the chain locks were broken and some of the door handles were in poor shape 4) I contacted Vacasa about needing the code for the alarm system that started going off (I think it tried to arm but it had a zone issue we couldn't ever locate) but I never heard back from them on it. The code was on the Vacasa site, but I didn't find that out until we checked out, from the link they sent for us to check out. I should've checked out the Vacasa site. Side note: the ceiling fan in the master bedroom shakes so badly we didn't want to use the fan in case it fell. Someone who lived there with it could claim it always does that and it's secure, but as a guest I couldn't be familiar with it enough to know for sure. Overall though, LOVELY house, the fussball table was so fun that we want our own now, the deck and view were absolutely beautiful and so nice to frequent. The town is adorable and loved the downtown area, the neighborhood was way quieter than I am used to. By the way if those issues above were fixed, we would love to visit again next year and potentially with our children too this time so, hope to see this place soar!

Great Home

This was our second stay at the property. One of the best in lake arrowhead for a few reasons I my opinion. Driveway is very flat and easy to enter, home is largely single story which my family prefers with our 2 young children. Huge bright windows and open space inside. My children love the toys there and my 3yo always is asking to go back. Super clean house, great location.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

We love this cabin! This is our 2nd year staying here for Thanksgiving. Very impressed with how clean this place is. Especially being pet friendly! We love how the kitchen opens to the great room and everyone can be together. The massive windows allow for an amazing view, and the fireplace makes it warm and cozy. Fun foosball table that we played often. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We had family photos taken while we were in the area and the master bath was great to get ready in. Nice bright lighting, a convenient make up mirror and a good quality blow dryer! Cabin is located close to Lake arrowhead Village which has everything you need. Stater brothers, CVS, and lots of great places to eat! Absolutely recommend this place!
