We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cedar Key and our stay at the Sea Jewel. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The deck was awesome, offering beautiful coastal views, stunning sunsets, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy the breezes. Our host reached out upon our arrival to make sure we had contact information if we needed anything, though we didn’t need a thing. The house was clean and very well equipped, with several unexpected and appreciated touches that made our stay most comfortable. The welcome guide was informative, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and both check-in and check-out were seamless.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Sea Jewel as a wonderful home base when visiting Cedar Key.

Very Nice Place

Clean and well kept, kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room and thelocation was great. The grill and the bikes were a big plus. The only negative was the master bed was a bit stiff and not the most uncomfortable. Other than that

Honeymoon Heaven

Sea Jewel is everything advertised and more!! Spacious, clean and great view of the Gulf. The upstairs balcony is a great place to enjoy the breeze along morning coffee, or evening cocktail. Well appointed with all the extra's to make your stay comfortable!

Great Experience

This was our first time staying in Cedar Key and we loved it. The island is a real jewel and the house was excellent. The views from the porch were great and the the house was well stocked and very comfortable. If i had to find anything to complain about it would be the daybed in the 3rd bedroom, but that is only because we had a party of 3 adult men and one of us had to sleep on a daybed. Even still, we would definitely stay there again!

House was spacious and good location. Management quickly addressed a few minor issues (microwave not working, etc) and was receptive to feedback on replacing a few tired items (new dishwasher needed). We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck!

Great Spot in Cedar Key

My family enjoyed the house. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We rent 2-4 places a year and this was by far one of the best furnished rentals we have ever stayed in. The location of the house was perfect, quick walk to town and a right next to the sunset viewing spot. We will certainly return to Cedar Key and rent this lovely property again.

Premium Cedar Key Rental

The pictures of the house looked great on the website and they turned out to be true. It has to be one of the most upscale houses you can rent on Cedar Key. I couldn’t think of anything that could be done to improve this perfect house.

Great home away from home

The rental was great. Our family of 6 fit nicely in this tental. We had everything we needed. The rental was located in a great location for getting all around Cedar Key. The rental was easy to find, easy to access, and the upstairs wrap around porch was one of our favorite places to relax. Thecrental also had some of the easiest rules to follow and check-out was seemless. I would definitely rent again if we are in Cedar Key.

Wonderful vacation

Sunny Days and Rocking Chair Sunsets

We were looking for a place to escape the cold & relax for a few days & the Sea Jewel was the perfect "home away from home" for us! The house was spotless & well-stocked; it even had a nice selection of spices in the kitchen. The master BR (2nd fl.) had a big open walk-in closet with lots of hangers & a vanity with two sinks, which made it easy to wash up if the bathrooms were occupied. The 1st floor bathroom had a Keurig & a mini fridge, so the people downstairs could make coffee or have a beverage at their convenience without coming up to the kitchen. The internet was fast/5G & the DirecTV/Smart TVs worked great. There was also an excellent selection of books, DVDs, records, puzzles, games, beach chairs & bikes. The upper and lower porches, with assorted Adirondack & rocking chairs, were perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets, having our morning coffee, reading a book, or people/bird/dolphin watching. We also took a Tidewater Tours boat tour & went to the CK Historical Society Museum to learn more about the area's history, which was fun. Once we unloaded our car, we didn't move it again as walking to town for coffee, shopping & meals was easy & interesting. Adam gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations, was always available if we had questions & couldn't have been more friendly or accomodating. In fact, everyone we met in CK was very laid-back and friendly! When the week was up, we didn't want to leave.

Honeymoon Stay

Everything was PERFECT and I mean EVERYTHING! It was cold and we wanted the gas logs on but couldn't get them to work. We didn't complain because we were so happy with the entire house and outdoor spaces. We were on our honeymoon and will never forget your beautiful home. We're in our 70's and spent our time relaxing on the porches and walking into town everyday. The location is perfect! Thank you for a lifetime memory !

Beautiful Home and Conveniently Located

My husband, my aunt and I stayed in the Sea Jewel while in Cedar Key to visit family. It is a beautiful home and conveniently located to the downtown area. There was plenty of room for our family to hang out and gather for family dinners.

A Genuine Pearl

The Sea Pearl is a spacious well appointed home, in a great location with view of the gulf. It is an easy walk to the sweet Cedar Key downtown . The kitchen has loads of equipment, pots, pans etc., the king bed was comfortable (we only used one bedroom), and master bath very large. The porches are superb! We come from a 1909 home with a huge wrap around porch so it was wonderful to sit out and read a book or wave to those passing by!

Cedar Key Rental

Home was wonderful, well equipped, great location, easy walk to beach and town. Only downside was Cedar Key has an inadequate grocery store (we drove an hour either to Chiefland or Donnellan) and the “swimmable” beach was quite small. Otherwise great location and time.

Great house

The house was beautiful and well provisioned. Great furnishings and decor, great location, and gorgeous views. My family loved it. We thought the master bedroom mattress was a bit firm, but that's a personal preference thing. We had a great time and plan on coming back in the future. The management company was also fantastic. Very communicative, pleasant, and accommodating. They even put up some Christmas decorations for us. I would higly recommened this property.

Spectacular Sea Jewel Holiday Weekend

The Sea Jewel is absolutely lovely and the location on the island is simply perfect. This gorgeous home has everything to offer, including incredible views and a very comfortable setting. It's bright, spacious and the lighting and decor is beautiful. All the amenities you can think of and them some. They have thought of everything. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and allowing our family to make new memories we'll cherish always!
